I did this routine 14 days 2 times per day, but I didn't notice a lot of change in the first week so I started to do the 11abs lines in 1week, then the last day I didn't notice a big change, I think I did the excersise well, because a couples of years ago I practiced martial arts so I know the posture of this exercises, I'm not fat and my diet is good, so I'm going to start another routine of another channel
I'm commenting my experience with this routine just in case that this can help someone else
Lol I love that she included an image of a person who didn’t start off like her (being a pretty fit person with a little belly bump) and she actually gave more advice to people who have more fat than she does. LIKE WAY TO BE INCLUSIVE👏🏼

I’m the same. I look slim but my stomach especially my lower belly is always not so flat so that’s what I’m gonna aim for starting this June. I will come back for results 🙂

Note: 30/5- I was 44.4 yesterday :0 Remember, if you see the scale go up, it’s not fat! There are many factors that contribute to a tiny weight gain like water weight or hours slept and how late you at last night. So don’t fuss over the number on the scale but more of the measurements and how you feel about your body!
30/5 Day 1: done! I wasn’t out of breath that much, maybe because I use to workout regularly and had an active lifestyle.
31/5 Day 2 – done! ok I woke up and my muscles were aching so much (especially abs) my stomach was less bloated! Normally after a meal my stomach would bloat a lot.
1/6 Day 3 – done. I ate two packets of biscuits and half a birthday cake oops but it’s ok Just gonna get back on track tomorrow

I've been doing this workout for 14 days along with the 8 minute intense workout and arm workout and I can clearly see some MAJOR changes..I did not even do the thigh workout but before starting this routine, my thighs were 20.5 inches (upper thigh) and 16.5 inches (lower)…now they are 19 inches and 15.5 inches…this works wonders guys
I will do these exercises for a week and then see the result :
